We ask for 4 weeks' notice for collection of your Pure Cabin, you simply send us a message requesting collection and we will arrange the rest for you
Yes this is arranged at the start of your rental period, the longer you want to have your Pure Cabin the lower the collection costs are.
Yes once we have come to site for collection of your Pure Cabin we will do a walk around and ensure there is no damage, once we have signed this off with you we will issue the Bond Refund, this takes 5 working days from collection - any damage / repairs needed will be discussed at the walk around
